Easy Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 1/2 c. or 28 oz. Contadina crushed tomatoes (puree)
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 1/2 to 2 c. dried noodles (wide), cooked and drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic.
Drain well.
Mix in tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix in zucchini.
After 10 minutes, blend in noodles.
