Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. dry long-grain rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 oz. Gherkins, chopped
    2 to 3 radishes, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil and vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Drain and cool. Collect all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Stir to mix, but avoid mashing.
    Store covered in refrigerator.
