Coffee Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    milk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, flour and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Add Wesson oil.
    Take out 1 cup and to this, add cinnamon and set this aside for use as topping.
    To 1 egg, beaten with a fork, add enough milk to make 1 cup.
    Add this along with vanilla to flour mixture and mix with an electric mixer to make very smooth.
    Pour batter into rectangular baking pan (13 x 9-inch) and sprinkle crumb mixture over batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
