Pot Stickers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lean ground pork
    1 chopped green onion
    1/2 tsp. minced ginger
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    3 doz. wrappers of pot stickers
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    1/2 c. cabbage
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    For filling:
    Squeeze cabbage to remove as much moisture as possible; place in large bowl.
    Add pork, onion, water, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, sesame oil and sugar; mix well.
    Place 1 rounded teaspoonful filling in center of each pot sticker wrapper.
