Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 3/4 oz.) can corn
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Drain corn, reserving liquid.
Add enough milk to liquid to measure 1 cup.
Combine egg, milk mixture and corn.
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix just until moist.
Drop batter from tablespoon into 375\u00b0 deep fat.
Fry until brown, 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve warm maple syrup with fritters.
