Chicken Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2/3 c. picante sauce
    1/3 cup chopped green onions
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 flour tortillas (7 to 8 inch)
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    1/3 c. diced black olives
Preparation
    Combine chicken, sauce, onions and spices and simmer 5 minutes in saucepan.
    Brush tortillas with margarine.
    Spoon meat mixture and cheese in tortillas.
    Fold and place in 9 x 12-inch aluminum pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0
    for 10 minutes.
    Garnish with olives.
