Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) chopped tomatoes
    10 to 12 corn tortillas
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese, drained
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
Preparation
    In skillet, combine browned beef and spices with tomatoes in skillet.
    Heat through.
    Cover bottom and sides of 13 x 9-inch baking dish with tortillas.
    Pour beef mixture over tortillas. Place a layer of tortillas over beef mixture.
    Combine cottage cheese and Jack cheese; pour over tortillas.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining ingredients over top.
    Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.
