Spicy Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. brown Sugar Twin
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients including nuts.
In a smaller bowl, combine liquid ingredients.
Add liquid to dry and mix only until moistened throughout.
Spoon batter into lined muffin cups.
Bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
