Sausage Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 slices sourdough bread
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 large eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cube bread into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put sausage on top of bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat eggs and 2 1/4 cups milk and pour over cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, mix 1/2 cup milk with mushroom soup and pour over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
