Portobello Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large portobello mushroom caps
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. mint fresh parsley
    2/3 c. chopped seeded tomatoes
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. olive oil, divided
    1/8 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, cheese, 1/2 teaspoon oil, rosemary, pepper and garlic in small bowl.
