Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

25 saltine crackers
1 (15 oz.) can salmon
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 to 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Break the crackers into small pieces and place in a medium bowl.
Drain the juices from the salmon over the crackers and toss.
Add the salmon to the bowl with the crackers.
Add the eggs, onion, pepper and salt.
Toss to combine.
