7 Layer 24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 medium red onion
    2 c. mayo
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Arrange in layers in clear salad bowl.
    Start with spinach. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
    Add layers of bacon and eggs.
    Then add lettuce.
    Sprinkle again with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
