Pineapple Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
    1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening together.
    Add eggs and beat well. Add bananas, crushed pineapple and nuts, then mix well.
    Sift flour, soda and salt; mix with egg-fat mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 1 large or 2 small loaves.
