Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 lb. sour cream
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line a 9-inch spring-mold pan with any graham cracker crust recipe off box.
Beat above ingredients with mixer in order listed.
Bake in spring-mold pan for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, turn oven off and leave in for 2 hours. Do not open oven door throughout this process.
