Easy Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, cut and drained
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip, softened
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over jello in large bowl to dissolve well. Add softened sherbet and Cool Whip.
    Mix well with beater or in a mixer.
    Add crushed pineapple and oranges.
    Place in a 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Cool until set and serve.
    (Makes a large amount.)
