Carrot Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 to 2 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
Preparation

To capture the true, sweet flavor of carrots, melt butter or margarine in a heavy skillet.
Add carrots.
Sprinkle with a little salt.
Stir and cover.
Cook over medium heat (only about 5 minutes).
Stir a time or two and replace lid quickly.
Serve at once.
Test for doneness.
