Meat Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped meat (cold roast beef, veal or chicken)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. stock or milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks; add meat, liquid, butter, salt and pepper. Fold in well beaten egg whites.
    Bake in buttered pan for 1/2 hour in a moderate oven.
    Turn out on hot platter and serve plain or with mushrooms or tomato sauce.
