Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut paper thin and sprinkled with tenderizer
3/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
3 Tbsp. salad oil
2 large green peppers, cut in 1-inch squares
1 1/2 c. diagonally cut celery
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. light molasses
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
3 scallions (with tops sliced)
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
4 c. hot rice or Chinese noodles
Preparation

Heat oil and add beef until red color disappears.
Add vegetables.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes while stirring.
