Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans yellow hominy, drained
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno pepper, cubed
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. squash
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed in 1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix squash and onion in large bowl. Mix all together. Place in large casserole. Top with 1/2 cheese, grated and mixed with 2 cups bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 12. Can do ahead.
