Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. almond or vanilla flavoring
food coloring
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add flavoring; mix well. Add coloring.
Mix well.
Put white sugar in mold.
Add approximately 1 teaspoon dough to mold, making it level.
Push out of mold onto wax paper, pretty side up.
Air dry 2 to 3 hours. Layer between wax paper and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
