Oriental Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    coarsely chopped peanuts or cashews
    4 chicken breast fillets
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules or 1 cube
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 medium green pepper, julienned
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    hot cooked rice (approximately 2 c.)
Preparation
    Stir-fry chicken until done.
    Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water, vinegar, soy sauce, bouillon, garlic powder and ground ginger. Add green pepper and pimento; cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Remove from heat; keep warm.
