3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. country style Dijon mustard
2 medium sliced tart apples, cored
1 thick ham steak (about 1 lb.)
Preparation

In
a
large
skillet,
melt
margarine until sizzling. Stir in brown sugar and Dijon mustard.
Add apples.
Cook over medium heat,
stirring
occasionally until apples are crispy-tender, about
5 to 7 minutes.
Place ham in the same skillet. Arrange apples
on the steak.
Cover.
Continue cooking until ham is heated through, 5 to 7 minutes.
