Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. whipping cream
    2 cups marshmallows, diced or miniature
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 cups nuts
    1 egg
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup vinegar
    lump of butter
Preparation
    Cook egg, sugar, vinegar and butter until thick;
    let cool and then pour over whipped cream.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
