Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pot roast
    2 c. carrots
    2 c. potatoes
    1 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Flour each side of roast.
    Brown on each side in pan.
    Add 3/4 cup water.
    Simmer, covered, 3 to 4 hours.
    One hour before done, add carrots, potatoes, onions and seasonings to taste, garlic, etc.
