Oven Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and cut into pieces or use Swiss and ham
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs, milk and salt.
Add bacon, cheese and onion.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
