Milky Way Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 regular Milky Way bars
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. half and half
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, melt candy bars in 2 cups milk.
    Cool. Beat egg and add sugar. Beat well again.
    Add vanilla, remaining milk and half and half.
    Combine mixtures and mix well.
    Pour into gallon freezer can. Add extra milk, if needed, to come to fill line.
    Freeze according to freezer directions.
