Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 qt. popped popcorn
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup, butter and salt in a 2-quart dish. Bring to a boil in microwave.
    Boil on High for 2 minutes.
    Add vanilla and soda.
    Stir until smooth.
    Put corn in a paper sack. Pour mixture over corn.
    Shake well.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High.
    Shake again.
    Return to microwave.
    Cook on High 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake again.
