Ingredients

3 carrots
3 pieces or sticks celery
1 medium onion
1 medium head cabbage
2 medium size potatoes
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
6 beef bouillon cubes
6 c. water
pinch of each: thyme, oregano, parsley or other seasonings that you like
Preparation

Dice or cube all veggies.
Place in a large pot.
Add water; add seasonings and simmer until thick.
Can add other vegetables if you like.
Only 97 calories per serving.
