Onion Cheese Supper Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Saute onion in oil until tender but not brown.
Combine egg and milk.
Add to biscuit mix and stir until moistened.
Add onion, half of cheese and parsley.
Spread dough in a greased 8-inch round cake pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley.
Drizzle butter over top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
