Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. raw tomatoes, diced (don't peel)
2 c. green pepper, diced 1/2 inch
3 c. onions, diced 1/2 inch
1/4 c. jalapeno pepper, diced fine
1 tsp. table salt (not iodized)
1 clove garlic, crushed and diced fine
Preparation

Mix vegetables; bring to a boil.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Place in pint jars and process 5 minutes at 5 pounds of pressure to can. Makes 8 pints.
