Espresso Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. strong coffee
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    ice cream
Preparation
    In a saucepan over low heat, cook and stir coffee and chocolate until chocolate is melted. Add sugar and butter; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved and the butter is melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve over ice cream. Makes 1 cup.
