Bonnie'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 medium potatoes
2 c. half and half
1/4 to 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets.
Leave in refrigerator overnight. Peel and grate the potatoes the next day.
Melt margarine.
Add half and half and salt.
Mix all ingredients into the grated potatoes.
Add grated cheese.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle additional cheese on top the last 15 minutes of baking time.
