Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons (Pepperidge Farm)
    4 c. cheese, grated
    2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Put croutons in bottom of casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese; add sausage and beaten eggs.
    Mix milk, dry mustard and soup; pour over previous layers.
    Sprinkle mushrooms over soup mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
