Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chicken and broccoli soup (may use 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of broccoli)
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen combination vegetables, cooked
1 c. cubed cooked potatoes
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 can refrigerator biscuits
Preparation

In 3-quart baking dish, combine soup, milk, thyme and pepper. Stir in vegetables and chicken.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes until bubbly.
Cut each biscuit into quarters.
Remove dish from oven, stir.
Arrange biscuit pieces over hot chicken mixture.
Bake 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
(I like to sprinkle Parmesan cheese on biscuits before baking.)
Makes 5 servings.
