Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. boiled potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. onions, shredded
    1/2 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. cooked red beans
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix well to combine all flavors.
    Makes 4 servings.
