Great Potluck Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (Mozzarella, Monterey Jack or your favorite cheese can be substituted)
Preparation

Thaw vegetables.
Save 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Combine all ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
