Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl.
    Add oil, eggs, water and pumpkin; mix just enough to eliminate lumps.
    Some will remain but should be just small ones.
    Makes 2 loaves. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
