Squash Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. squash
3/4 tsp. sugar
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
buttered bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook squash and onion in saucepan with water until tender. Drain and place in casserole.
Sprinkle cheese, salt, pepper and sugar over squash.
Add Cheese Sauce.
Top with bread crumbs. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
