Ritz Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
23 Ritz crackers
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Beat egg whites with a fork.
Add vanilla and sugar; beat. Fold in Ritz cracker crumbs and chopped pecans.
Pour into a 9-inch greased pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let cool and top with Cool Whip.
Keep in refrigerator.
