Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    2 green peppers, diced
    3 celery stalks, diced
    8 scallions, cut into 2-inch slices
    3/4 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine chicken with onion soup, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Marinate 20 minutes.
