Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. raw grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix in separate bowls the dry ingredients, then moist ingredients. Gradually add the dry to moist, mixing very well after each addition. Pour batter into two 9-inch round floured and grated pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 to 50 minutes.
