Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    5 to 6 large potatoes
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 gal. milk
Preparation
    Cook hamburger until done and drain.
    Then peel and dice potatoes and cover with water.
    Cook until potatoes are tender. Also add the onion and celery while cooking potatoes.
    Add the 1/2 gallon of milk.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
