Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pounds potatoes (6 medium)
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt (Kosher)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup of chopped onion
4 hard cooked eggs chopped
Preparation

Wash potatoes, heat water and add salt
(1/2 tsp. to one cup water.)
Add potatoes, cover and boil until done.
Leave peels on. When done, cool and remove peels and eyes.
Cut into cubes.
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a 4 quart glass bowl.
Add potatoes, celery, and onions.
Toss.
Add eggs.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serves 10.
