Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix together butter, flour and confectioners sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes (or until golden).
Beat lemon juice, sugar, salt and eggs for 3 minutes.
Pour over hot crust.
Bake 15 to 20 more minutes.
Allow to cool.
Cut into squares.
