Fiesta Appetizer Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 small avocados, peeled, seeded and cut up
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) bottle taco sauce
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
tortilla chips
Preparation

In a bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice.
Spread mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Spread sour cream evenly over avocado mixture.
Spoon taco sauce over sour cream layer.
Sprinkle green onions over taco sauce.
Top with cheese. Cover and chill for several hours.
Serve with chips.
Makes about 4 cups.
