Orange Glazed Chicken(This Is Frank'S Favorite Dinner - Mmm Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut in parts
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 oranges, pared and sectioned

Preparation

In a bowl, mix together orange juice, orange rind, butter or margarine, salt, dry mustard and ginger.
Place chicken in large shallow baking pan.
Pour glaze over chicken parts.
