Quick Minestrone Soup(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 c. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
    1 medium zucchini, cut in half, then sliced
    1 1/2 c. water or more
    4 tsp. beef instant bouillon
    1/2 tsp. basil (dried)
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients, except cheese.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until very crisp-tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Top each serving with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.
    Yields 6 (1 1/3 cup) servings.
