Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box white cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 box powdered sugar
    12 oz. frozen shredded coconut
Preparation
    Bake
    cake
    in two layers per directions on box.
    Cool; split in\tlayers\t(I
    use long butcher knife).
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Spread
    each layer with frosting stacking one at a time.
    This icing is runny but it soaks in.
    Put immediately in refrigerator.
    Let set 2 days.
    Can be frozen after 2 days, too.
