Cheese Danish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (optional)
    1 egg, separated
Preparation
    Spread 1 package crescent rolls in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.
    Spread on top, cover with second can of rolls.
    Beat egg white slightly with fork and spread over dough to seal.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
