Crunchy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken (breast preferred)
    2 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients except the cheese and potato chips in a large bowl.
    Pile lightly into buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
    Dish should be crunchy.
